Watec WAT-232 1/3" Ultra Compact Color Day/Night Camera
The Watec WAT-232 is one of the smallest and lightest CCTV box cameras available on the market. This makes it all the more surprising that the manufacturer was able to incorporate into its tiny frame most of the features found on larger and heavier box cameras. These include a 1/3" CCD sensor, an auto iris function as well as a full complement of electronic controls. Working in concert, these allow the camera to produce visible images in light levels down to 0.006 lux in B/W mode. The camera's low light sensitivity coupled with its incredibly small size makes it the camera of choice for commercial applications looking for dependable yet minimally intrusive round-the-clock security monitoring.

Day/Night Function
By switching from color to a near IR monochrome mode when light levels fall, this camera maintains maximum image quality 24-hours a day. In Night mode, this camera can produce visible images in light levels as low as 0.006 lux.
Simultaneous BNC & S-Video Outputs
Video is simultaneously outputted through the camera's BNC and S-video ports. This will allow a user to securely connect the camera to a CCTV monitor via a BNC twist-lock cable and at the same time send images to a recorder using the higher quality S-video connection.
