The Sony XCG-CP510, a 5.1-megapixel polarization camera, features a high-performance 2/3-type CMOS sensor with the Sony Pregius global shutter, delivering crisp and accurate image capture at 23 frames per second. This camera includes advanced polarized image processing capabilities through Sony's XPL-SDKLJ software, optimized for NVIDIA Jetson AI systems, allowing it to handle complex tasks in industrial automation and vision applications. Each pixel in the sensor has one of four linear polarization filters, enabling simultaneous capture of four different polarized images for enhanced surface, reflection, and material analysis.

It supports a wide sensitivity range (0–18 dB gain) and shutter speeds from 60 to 1/100,000 s. With Gigabit Ethernet and C-mount lens interface, it's ideal for industrial and scientific applications.
